Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor for cloud adoption.
- Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing their needs to impact the roadmap of AWS GenAI/ML and Agentic features.
- Define cloud-native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns for a variety of use cases.
- Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures.
- Evangelize and educate about running GenAI/ML and Agentic workloads on AWS technology through various channels.
- Lead hands-on deep dives and technical workshops, contributing reusable code and reference architectures.
- Collaborate with customers on designing and operating well-architected solutions across multiple industry verticals.
- Craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customers' business problems.
Experience Required: Expert-level knowledge in AI/ML and cloud technologies, with experience in complex customer engagements and technical solution design
