Description

You will translate business requirements into technical and security infrastructure designs while leading a team of Solution Architects and L3 support resources. You drive the adoption of modern technologies and ensure product alignment with business goals and IT policies.

Responsibilities

• Create architecture design documentation covering data flows, system interfaces, and authentication protocols.
• Manage Solution Architects and L3 Operational/Technical support resources.
• Drive adoption of DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, AI, and BI/Data Analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to facilitate technical strategy communication.
• Review new products to ensure alignment with business requirements and IT policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical and security infrastructure.
• 7+ years of experience managing Solution Architects and L3 technical support teams.
• 7+ years of experience driving adoption of DevSecOps and Cybersecurity.
• 7+ years of experience with Cloud computing and AI technologies.
• 7+ years of experience with BI/Data Analytics.
• 7+ years of experience facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience performing product reviews for IT policy compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
