Description

You will design and deploy scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across online and on-premise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed solution design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
• Design Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) components with middleware tools like Mulesoft.
• Implement integrations using REST, OData WebAPIs, SSIS, and Azure services (Functions, Service Bus).
• Manage data migration, analysis, and harmonization using Azure Data Factory and third-party tools.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems and manage cloud platform security models.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service).
• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, and MS CRM SDK.
• Proficiency in SSRS reporting and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Developer Toolkit and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure services for integration and cloud resource management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform (PCF controls, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Exposure to financial services or banking sectors.
