You will design and implement scalable, secure technology solutions within the insurance domain, aligning IT strategy with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer engagement.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust technology solutions supporting digital transformation.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive innovation and growth roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years as a Solution Architect in the insurance sector.
• Mandatory experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Deep understanding of insurance processes: underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, and reinsurance.
• Expertise in Microservices and enterprise integration (SOA/REST APIs, ESBs).
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud platform and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with .NET, React, and PostgreSQL environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and digital insurance technologies.
