Description

Lead the technical design, integration, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, owning the architecture from requirements through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Design and implement Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) components using middleware tools like Mulesoft.
• Establish DevOps pipelines for CRM systems and manage cloud platform resources and security models.
• Drive data migration strategies and reporting architecture using SSRS and Power BI.
• Lead pre-sales technical engagements, building proofs of concept and niche solutions.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in solution architecture with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service).
• Hands-on proficiency in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit.
• Strong background in integration architecture, including REST, OData WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.
• Experience with Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus) and Azure Data Factory for data migration.
• Proficiency in setting up DevOps pipelines for cloud-based CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops and manage solution delivery accountability.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and effective problem-solving in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to financial services or banking domain.
• Knowledge of latest Dynamics 365 features such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
