Description

Design and govern enterprise integration architectures and solution releases on the Client Service Cloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise interfaces and integrations with external systems using Client Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Lightning components, Apex, and APIs.
• Define migration and transformation strategies for legacy business processes, data synchronization, and downstream applications.
• Lead integration architecture using REST APIs, middleware, Azure services, event-driven patterns, and SSO/security frameworks.
• Perform technical governance on releases and change requests.
• Mentor development and testing teams while collaborating with business and infrastructure stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Strong experience designing and architecting enterprise interfaces and integrations.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and middleware integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure Services and cloud-based integration platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Client Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning components.
• Expertise in Apex development and API design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architectures and SSO/security frameworks.
• Track record of leading technical governance for large-scale releases.
