You will define and drive the technical strategy for AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with clients and AI solution architects
• Design and define technical solutions that meet business objectives
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure solution quality
• Bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in Solution Architect, Program Lead, Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles
• 5+ years experience leading Agile teams and methodologies
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics platforms
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting or technology-driven environments
• Exposure to enterprise AI solution design and implementation
