You will define and drive the technical strategy for AI solutions, bridging business objectives with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with clients and solution architects.
• Design and define technical solutions that meet specific business objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure solution quality.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions for development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Program Lead, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience leading Agile teams and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics platforms.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting or technology-driven environments.
• Exposure to enterprise AI solution design and implementation.
