Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Operate solution architecture, ensuring production stability, secure integrations, and disciplined governance across functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own current and target-state architecture across Oracle Cloud (ERP/SCM), integrations, and data flows, setting design standards and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the escalation point for complex cross-module and integration production issues, leading root-cause analysis and recurrence prevention.
• Govern integration patterns and operational readiness for FBDI, APIs, and OIC/middleware, including monitoring, error handling, and resiliency.
• Lead production change and release planning for defects and minor enhancements, ensuring environment readiness and validation.
• Drive Oracle quarterly update impact assessments, coordinate regression testing, and maintain approved runbooks and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle experience with solution architecture ownership in a production or AMS environment.
• Strong expertise in FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC/Middleware, OTBI, BIP, Groovy, OCI, and VBCS.
• Proven delivery in ITIL-oriented support models (incident, problem, change) with strong documentation skills.
• Experience with operational reporting, including SLA tracking, incident trends, and recurring issues.
• Mentorship capabilities to guide support teams on technical standards and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Prior Oracle Cloud AMS/Operate experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Exposure to Smart View.
