Lead enterprise solution architecture to support digital experience visions and scalable, domain-driven API-based solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture modeling and design for scalable, API-based solutions.
• Blueprint multi-year transitions and modernization recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to integrate functional and non-functional architecture thinking.
• Partner with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Program Management to define solution visions and value streams.
• Promote Continuous Delivery Pipeline, DevSecOps capabilities, and reuse of proven patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years in application development, middleware, database management, security, or integration.
• 2+ years of Cloud experience, specifically AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary).
• Deep understanding of AWS Security best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience migrating monolith on-prem applications to the cloud using refactoring, re-architecting, and re-platforming.
• Knowledge of 12-factor applications, DevOps tools, automated deployments, and containerization.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile teams and understanding SAFe methods.
• Proven ability to design and build APIs.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Prior experience in wealth management and brokerage technology.
