Description

You will design and define the architecture for a multi-tenant cloud-native data platform and associated data products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define data architecture standards, principles, and guidelines for the organization.
• Design and implement data models, databases, and systems optimized for speed, efficiency, and availability.
• Guide a team of Data Engineers through ETL processes, integrations, and data maintenance.
• Drive the evaluation and implementation of data management technologies to meet scalability standards.
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and protection of sensitive information.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience architecting complex data platforms on Azure Cloud and On-Prem environments.
• Expertise in relational and dimensional data modelling for reporting, dashboarding, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and ETL tools including Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Databricks, and Spark.
• Proficiency with PowerBI for business intelligence requirements.
• Proven ability to drive POCs, MVPs, and long-term Data Engineering and Analytics roadmaps.
• Strong technical leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and developers.
• Ability to work across global time zones and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, .NET, Scala, or Python.
• Knowledge of integrating AI with data products and implementing Data Fabric or Data Mesh concepts.
• Experience in data anonymization, analytical models, and AI governance.
