You will design, build, and maintain the organization's data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Big Data solutions, from requirement gathering and platform selection to deployment and production optimization.
• Design and implement data services, including data movement, visualization, and logical data models.
• Ensure the reliability and security of analytic systems by developing monitoring applications, alerts, access controls, and privacy controls.
• Manage project scope, resources, and quality to meet technical objectives and business requirements.
• Develop high-level system specifications, technical documentation, and comprehensive test plans.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience, including 3 years as a technical lead in Big Data or Data Warehousing environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, SQL Database, Azure Analysis Services, and Synapse.
• Proven experience engineering data pipelines and logical data models for PowerBI visualization.
• Proficiency in data modeling, building physical models, and creating stored procedures in Synapse or MS SQL.
• Ability to build algorithms, automation, and deployment code using Python or Scala.
• Experience optimizing data loads, extractions, queries, and stored procedures.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment using CI/CD and version control.
• Must hold Azure Cloud certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extracting data from SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
• Experience with streaming data sources like IoT or Clickstream.
• Knowledge of ML Ops processes and Kubernetes-based model serving.
