Description

You will design and advise on solution architecture aligned with area strategy, business goals, and regulatory requirements. Translate business and technical needs into clear architectural designs and decision support for teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations and advise on best architectural choices between solutions across different systems.
• Analyze existing solutions, identify gaps, risks, and technical debt, and drive improvements toward the target state.
• Create and maintain solution roadmaps and transition architectures, and guide teams in their implementation.
• Provide architectural guidance, coaching, and advisory support to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the area's data models needed to enable strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale systems.
• Proven experience in solution architecture within cloud-native and microservices environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure API Management, Kafka, and Solace.
• Strong background in system integration and data architecture.
• Experience documenting and communicating architecture across business, process, information, application, and technology perspectives.
• Experience working across federated, multi-team environments in a scaled agile setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or ecommerce industries.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and federated multi-team environments.
