Description

Design and oversee end-to-end technical architectures within the telecom OSS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain architecture artifacts including interface design, process design, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and data models.
• Develop solution architecture roadmaps and produce architecture blueprints for each release iteration.
• Review business requirements and collaborate with development teams to identify system impacts and estimates.
• Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions during design and integration phases.
• Resolve architecture issues and integration challenges throughout the software development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as an enterprise or solution architect in the telecom domain.
• Deep expertise in telecom OSS systems and multi-vendor environments.
• Background in Telecom/Cable and B2B enterprise products such as managed broadband or managed security.
• Fluency in German.
• Proficiency with ESB, SOA, and middleware-oriented management.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools including Visio and IBM Rational Software Architect.
• Knowledge of workflow and business process management.
• Experience with the system integration lifecycle for OSS implementations.
• Expertise in leading COTS platforms, specifically Office core field service management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile software development processes and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
