Own the end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-native ECM platforms on Azure, translating business problems into scalable designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Azure-based ECM platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based architectures using Java, focusing on resilience and observability.
• Define unified ECM architecture supporting Documentum and Microsoft SharePoint integration.
• Proactively identify architectural risks and gaps, addressing them through strong upfront design.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including solution overviews and architecture decision records.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong background in Solution Architecture.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native solutions on Azure, particularly AKS-based microservices deployments.
• Strong Java architecture skills, including designing RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication models.
• Proven ability to architect microservices systems with focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms, specifically Documentum and SharePoint.
• Ability to influence teams by setting architectural direction and principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Document Management platforms like Documentum.
• Knowledge of compliance and enterprise standards alignment.
