Description

Lead the solutioning and design of end-state systems across the entire customer circuit lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect systems and processes for Service Qualification and Service Design of customer services.
• Define processes for circuit Activation, Test and Turnup, and Dispatch management.
• Develop architectural frameworks for Service Assurance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architectural designs by collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture and system design, focused on telecommunications.
• Deep technical knowledge of Broadband, Ethernet, WAVE, PIP, and IDS telecom products.
• Extensive understanding of customer circuit lifecycle phases including Qualification, Design, and Activation.
• Familiarity with telecom network architectures and Layer 1, 2, 3 protocols.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems covering inventory, provisioning, and fault management.
• Proficiency in Design, Architecture, UML, and modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of industry standards like SID.
