Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive solution blueprints including system designs, integration plans, and technology selections.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
• Design end-to-end system architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Provide technical leadership and act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess and recommend technology stacks, tools, and frameworks.
• Oversee integration with existing enterprise and legacy systems.
• Direct proof-of-concept (POC) efforts to validate feasibility and drive solution decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, reliability, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise system integration.
• Proficiency in Java, Core Java, Advanced Java, and SQL.
• Good understanding of HR and Finance business processes and platforms.
• Experience designing cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., or MCA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
