Description

Provide technical leadership for solutions built on Baya technology, guiding the product development lifecycle from design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for specialized solutions, ensuring alignment with customer-specific requirements.
• Design and implement customized hardware solutions using RTL methodologies.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Advise customers on product development strategies by staying current with industry trends and standard methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in RTL Design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with RTL verification processes.
• Proficiency in VHDL.
• Experience with Lint checks and associated tools.
• Understanding of Microarchitecture concepts.
• Familiarity with Clock Domain Crossing (CDC) methodologies.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
