Description

You will design multi-year roadmaps to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and reduce complexity across IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technology strategy, business applications, and infrastructure to produce target-state architectures and gap analyses.
• Lead or consult for the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and manage solution lifecycles from proposal through deployment.
• Develop technology strategy and planning deliverables to mitigate IT risks and improve business application integration.
• Facilitate proof of concept activities and advise on the enterprise landscape, including data, security, and integration.
• Mentor teams to transition the organization toward target architecture while decommissioning or transforming legacy applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical analysis and solution architecture.
• Expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Access Management.
• Proven ability to manage cloud transformation, data migration, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience navigating complex technical environments and building consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong technical analysis skills for troubleshooting, research, and performance tuning.
• Ability to implement large-scale IT solutions and manage enterprise frameworks.
• Experience within the Federal Government, IT, or large commercial organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant professional certifications to prove competency.
