Solution Architect

You will direct strategy, architecture, and process improvements for complex projects on domain-specific platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business challenges to design and propose best-fit technology solutions.
• Lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of solutions using diverse design patterns.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with clients and analysts.
• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Author and review architecture deliverables and technical documentation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in technical roles.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions leveraging appropriate technical stacks.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to develop and defend business case analyses to justify propositions to clients.
• Skill in developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience creating and maintaining architecture deliverables.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to identify technology tradeoffs and compare delivery avenues.

Preferred Skills

• Capacity to manage time and priorities within a complex multi-team matrix environment.
• Experience implementing best practices, Proof of Concepts (POCs), capacity planning, and performance tuning.
