Description

You will design and lead end-to-end solution architecture for retail promotions across POS, e-commerce, and mobile channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform using GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Apigee.
• Integrate promotions platforms with customer data platforms, loyalty engines, order management, and pricing systems.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and APIs for omnichannel promotions including BOGO, personalized offers, and bundle pricing.
• Guide development teams on architecture implementation, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical evaluations for promotions engines and GCP services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing promotions systems in retail or e-commerce.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Apigee.
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices.
• Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Promotion Builder or Oracle Retail Promo Engine.
