Description

You will design and architect HR and Finance platforms that align with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into architectural blueprints, logical, and functional diagrams.
• Design integrations using use case sequence diagrams for HR and Finance systems.
• Architect systems including Workday, Cornerstone, Compensation, and Equity Shares.
• Implement Oracle ERP on the Oracle OCI platform.
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure technical solutions meet strategic needs and perform cybersecurity risk assessments (ISARE).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Experience designing and implementing Oracle ERP on Oracle OCI.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT data pipelines for large datasets.
• Knowledge of Restful APIs, API-led design, and Event Driven Architecture.
• Cloud architecture experience across AWS, Oracle OCI, and Azure.
• Experience with SEC Reporting and consolidated financial statements.

Preferred Skills

• Background in cost allocations, strategic planning, and budgeting processes.
