Description

You will architect, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, owning the technical health of campaigns and automations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health of SFMC campaigns, monitoring sends, data flows, and triggers.
• Architect and deploy triggered journeys and automations using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Design and maintain the SFMC data model, partnering with Data Engineering on scalable structures.
• Resolve technical integration issues between SFMC, CDPs, and adjacent platforms.
• Establish technical standards, build patterns, and QA protocols for SFMC development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect or senior technical CRM role.
• Expert proficiency in SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions.
• Strong scripting in AMPScript and SQL.
• Experience working with SFMC APIs, CDPs, and data warehouses.
• Knowledge of data modeling and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SSJS.
• SFMC Certification (Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant).
• Experience with streaming, subscription, or D2C models.
