Description

You will design and oversee the transition of complex systems from monolithic architectures to decoupled, discrete services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Decouple existing systems and break monoliths down into discrete, manageable parts.
• Transition architectures away from traditional ETL patterns.
• Unravel system dependencies and document complex orchestrations.
• Document existing data structures and complex process flows.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in a large retail environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java.
• Proven experience with Azure, specifically Databricks, Eventhub, and AKS.
• Proficiency with SQL Server for relational data.
• Experience with Cassandra for NoSQL requirements.
• Strong technical documentation skills for data and process flows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Yugabyte or Postgres.
