Description

Design and implement end-to-end card lifecycle solutions for issuing and acquiring ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect Card Management Systems, Switches, and Payment Gateway integrations.
• Lead platform installations, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing application management.
• Elicit business requirements and produce technical documentation for complex card workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors, schemes, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide consultative advice on digital payments, emerging card technologies, and local regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in the cards domain covering issuing, acquiring, and loyalty.
• Hands-on experience with V+, TSYS, Paymentology, BPC, or HPS product suites.
• Deep knowledge of Tokenization, PCI DSS, and EMV implementation.
• Technical understanding of ATM management and debit/prepaid product lifecycles.
• Proven expertise in card payment processing, settlement, and clearing.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex change initiatives and liaise with third-party vendors.
• Strong capability to convey technical information to diverse, non-technical audiences.
