Solution Architect

You will lead complex Quadient-based CCM transformation programs through planning, design, build, migration, testing, and deployment phases.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture, integration approaches, and migration roadmaps aligned with CRM, ECM, and print/email gateways.
• Design and create accelerators to migrate templates and processes from legacy platforms to Quadient using GenAI capabilities.
• Oversee extraction logic from legacy systems and proactively identify issues through automation.
• Establish governance for template management, content modularization, version control, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead a team of developers and testers while collaborating with business, IT, QA, and infrastructure stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CCM solution architecture.
• Expertise in Quadient (Dynamic Communication, Scaler, Interactive, and Designer).
• Hands-on experience migrating from legacy platforms such as Oracle Documaker to Quadient.
• Experience with at least one other CCM product: Oracle Documaker, OpenText xPression, or OpenText Exstream.
• Proven experience migrating from Mainframes to Open systems.
• Strong understanding of the Insurance domain.
• Ability to manage configuration, change management, and production deployments.
• Knowledge of document optimization and omnichannel enablement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging GenAI for template and process migration.
