You will define the architectural vision and solution design for banking and financial services technology, aligning with business and enterprise strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, detailing primary systems, interfaces, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead the shaping of high-level architecture, ensuring flexibility and modular design to adapt to new business needs.
• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize technology backlog items for the architecture runway.
• Ensure solution fitness for purpose by collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct design reviews to validate security, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services Technology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Broad IT knowledge including Financial Software, Middleware, and Databases.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into multiple architectural views for various audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge of Payments, Accounting Services, or Liquidity Management.
• Familiarity with payment tools such as ISO20022, SWIFT, NACHA, and ACH.
