Description

You will design and lead complex Field Service Management implementations for the utilities and energy sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FSM implementations and integrate them with enterprise stacks including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Datawarehouse systems.
• Plan, design, and develop integration solutions using SOAP and REST web services.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs in a consulting capacity.
• Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Design web-based business applications and integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of total IT experience with a focus on Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, specifically for utilities and energy industries.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi and Maximimo.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, HTML 5, and Angular JS.
• Strong technical knowledge of CRM, BI, and Datawarehouse integration.
• Experience integrating systems with ERP and CIS platforms.
• Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical areas.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions.
• Knowledge of IoT, AI, and Machine Learning applications in FSM.
