You design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions that align with business goals and architectural roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop solutions for complex business problems.
• Develop high-level designs and initial technical design assessments for end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product domain and delivery teams to build scalable products.
• Maintain relationships with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and IT Delivery teams.
• Mentor team members through skills transfer, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions for blue-chip organizations.
• Proven experience in systems architecture and technical solution design.
• Ability to produce concise, accurate solution designs for business problems.
• Extensive experience in senior stakeholder engagement and influencing decision-making.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills.
• High level of technical literacy and analytical detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts.
