Description

Design end-to-end technical and functional solutions for customer requirements across IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical solutions using established architecture practices and tools.
• Analyze solution alternatives to recommend the best-fit option for specific geographies and contexts.
• Translate customer requirements into architectural solutions by collaborating with network engineering, planning, operations, and BSS teams.
• Review complex OSS processes to propose simplified, modular solutions for the end-state architecture.
• Elicit customer requirements and define implementation user stories to build the solution.

Required Skills

• 8-16 years of OSS solution architecture, design, and delivery or presales experience within the Telecom domain.
• Hands-on delivery experience with commercial COTS platforms in Fulfillment, Assurance, Activation, or Inventory domains.
• Deep domain knowledge of end-to-end OSS fulfillment, assurance, inventory, or plan-n-build domains for Fixed and/or Mobile networks.
• Technical understanding of Telecom networking including Mobile, Fixed-line, IP, Ethernet, and Fibre.
• Knowledge of service catalogue product definitions, including Products, CFS, and RFS for B2B/B2C lines.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional virtual teams across multiple locations.
• Strong consultative skills, including requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise or certification in Cloud, 5G, network slicing, SDN/NFV, or DevOps.
