Description

You will lead the technical direction for a dedicated squad, ensuring all designs align with enterprise architecture standards and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through collaboration with Product Managers and developers.
• Contribute to mobile and web codebases, specifically focusing on architectural patterns, critical components, and proof-of-concepts.
• Mentor developers on architectural principles, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Oversee delivery to ensure architectural decisions support the successful deployment of product features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Proven experience with React, Angular, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture and designing scalable, secure systems.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to design maintainable systems across web and mobile platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, including knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards.
