Description

You will own end-to-end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow, ensuring functional needs are met through scalable, compliant solutions aligned to the Golden Instance architecture.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate designs from System Integrators to ensure design integrity and consistency.
• Ensure consistent design patterns across IT, HR, Finance, and Legal as they onboard to the Golden Instance.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, presenting solution designs and trade-offs.
• Partner with Development, Integration, and Testing Leads to clarify design intent and resolve issues.
• Validate that delivered solutions match approved designs and meet functional intent.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise, specifically within the ESM domain.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and shared platform components.
• Experience with Golden Instance architecture and scalable solution design.
• Ability to identify where functional needs require architecture decisions or exceptions.
• Experience reviewing and validating third-party System Integrator designs.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
