You will design and oversee complex technical architectures and IT implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall IT designs and translate complex architecture patterns into technical implementations.
• Identify project needs, organize activities, and manage resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Create processes and procedures for operational tasks while maintaining documentation standards.
• Assess and enhance existing applications to drive technical improvements.
• Lead project activities within an Agile development framework.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Proven experience implementing CRM and Salesforce related projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and React.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Exposure to AI and GenAI technologies.
• Background in Asset or Wealth management.
• Ability to manage projects and technical resources effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for technical and operational coordination.
