Description

Lead technical direction for a dedicated squad, translating business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical strategy and design scalable, secure systems across web and mobile platforms.
• Contribute to React, Angular, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin codebases, focusing on architectural patterns and proof-of-concepts.
• Mentor developers on engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure delivery supports successful product feature deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Solution Architecture and designing maintainable, scalable systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with React, Angular, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, including HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards.
