Define and maintain the architectural vision for assigned domains to ensure alignment with agency goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Create and manage architectural roadmaps, standards, guidelines, and the business capabilities repository.
• Research technical solutions and emerging directions within the domain.
• Manage architectural changes to ensure minimal disruption to existing systems and processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience providing flexible, scalable solutions that satisfy enterprise standards and frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience creating and managing architectural roadmaps, standards, and guidelines.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or solutions architecture roles.
• Proficiency using enterprise architecture tools and techniques.
• Experience managing domain-specific architectural visions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Experience in government domains such as Health & Human Services, Public Safety, Transportation, or Natural & Cultural Resources.
