Description

You will design and deploy conversational AI and chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement NLP/NLU solutions using Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, or Azure Bot Framework.
• Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to enable context-aware responses.
• Architect cloud-native systems utilizing compute, storage, and networking services.
• Design APIs to integrate chatbot applications with backend services.
• Manage infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture or engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services: Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with NLP/NLU implementation and RAG models.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and API design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
