Description

Lead solution architecture and technical design for the JMS program, owning end-to-end delivery from design through post-go-live stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern API-first and event-driven architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Own full lifecycle delivery, including design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities such as automation, intelligent routing, and data enrichment into solution designs.
• Partner with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to drive execution and troubleshoot issues hands-on.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with API gateways (Kong preferred) and event-driven systems (Solace, Kafka, MQ).
• Design secure, PII-aware architectures including data masking/unmasking and encryption in transit and at rest.
• Experience designing or integrating AI/ML-enabled services, understanding model integration patterns and governance.
• Cloud experience on AWS with strong collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Proven delivery experience across the full solution lifecycle.
• Experience supporting migration projects and system modernization efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
