Description

Lead solution architecture and technical design for the JMS program, owning end-to-end delivery from design through stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern API-first and event-driven architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Own technical delivery across the full lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities, including automation, intelligent routing, and data enrichment, into enterprise solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting, partnering with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions and leading migration initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years IT experience, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with API gateways (Kong preferred) and event-driven systems (Solace, Kafka, MQ).
• Designing secure, PII-aware architectures, including data masking, unmasking, and encryption in transit and at rest.
• Cloud experience on AWS, with strong collaboration capabilities for DevOps and infrastructure teams.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services into enterprise solutions, understanding model integration patterns and data governance.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model, providing clear documentation and technical oversight.
• Proven track record of supporting legacy system transitions and system modernization efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI to integration platforms, messaging workflows, or operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics that support AI solutions.
• Prior experience in regulated environments with strong data governance requirements.
