Description

You will design and implement workforce management solutions using UKG systems. You own the release pipeline for time and attendance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management configurations, modifications, and upgrades for time and attendance initiatives.
• Facilitate complex working sessions with internal and client teams to define strategic objectives and tailored solutions.
• Analyze complex data and facts to summarize and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve escalated issues by tailoring technical responses to specific client needs.
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
• UKG Dimensions Timekeeping module certification.
• Expertise in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, and Scheduling.
• Proven experience with workforce management configurations.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and present results effectively.
• Experience working on complex projects within collaborative team settings.
• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
