Description

Own the end-to-end solution architecture for ADP integrations and cloud-native system design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native architectures using AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Define canonical data models and integration patterns connecting ADP, cloud services, and core insurer systems like CICS mainframes.
• Produce architecture artifacts including high- and low-level designs, sequence diagrams, and security/deployment architectures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI security, and insurer regulatory requirements.
• Review designs and code for adherence to standards and support delivery estimation and scalability planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Strong experience designing systems for Healthcare Insurers.
• Experience with API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of integration with legacy or mainframe systems.
• Strong security and compliance design background, specifically HIPAA.
• Proficiency in AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, SQS / EventBridge, DynamoDB, and CICS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ADP or other Benefits Administration platforms.
• Prior work on Enrollment or Eligibility modernization programs.
