Design and configure scalable transportation solutions for planning, load optimization, routing, and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business logistics requirements into solution architectures for global transportation operations.
• Configure core TMS modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Load Consolidation, Route Optimization, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.
• Drive integrations across SAP S/4HANA, WMS, carrier EDI, and visibility platforms using middleware and APIs.
• Optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance carrier utilization.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles, support production deployments, and collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in full-lifecycle implementations and solution architecture.
• Proven expertise configuring core TMS modules and translating business processes into scalable transportation solutions.
• Strong background integrating TMS with SAP S/4HANA, WMS, EDI, and API-driven platforms.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with WMS.
• Experience with EDI.
• Experience with API.
