Description

You will own the end-to-end ClaimCenter solution design, translating business requirements into native configurations while enforcing enterprise architecture standards and reuse-first principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document architecture decisions, trade-offs, and rationale, including impacts on downstream systems.
• Guide and review ClaimCenter configuration and Gosu development to ensure alignment with Guidewire best practices and scalability.
• Govern integrations with Progressive and Vendor systems, validating data contracts and mappings for accuracy.
• Enforce reuse patterns and naming conventions to minimize custom development and implementation risk.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and present architecture artifacts for governance forums.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Deep expertise with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and native patterns.
• Proficiency in Gosu development and code review.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery collaboration.
• Ability to design robust data contracts and integration mappings.
• Experience identifying and mitigating architectural risks related to financial accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Progressive or similar insurance environments.
• Background in nonfunctional requirements such as performance, security, and supportability.
