Description

You will design, implement, and manage scalable Salesforce CRM solutions across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Salesforce environments using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Lead technical requirement breakdown, including estimation, proposal creation, and SOW generation.
• Collaborate with DevOps to establish deployment pipelines and automate Salesforce deployment processes.
• Conduct pull request (PR) and code reviews to ensure technical implementations follow best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
• Advanced development skills in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Proven track record in designing scalable, integrated Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with DevOps automation and deployment pipelines.
• Strong background in business process solutioning and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage Agile project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of advanced Salesforce security models and CI/CD tools.
