Description

You will design and implement large-scale CRM solutions and data management strategies within Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functionalities, including implementation and customization.
• Develop data management strategies, including data governance, migration plans, and synchronization processes.
• Build and manage data pipelines using Azure ETL services to integrate on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Automate data migration testing from legacy sources to Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
• Configure and administer Azure resources including Data Lake, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM application analysis and design within enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse workspaces, and PolyBase.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and query performance tuning.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure SQL Databases.
• Expertise in SSIS and SSRS.
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as ERWIN.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud certifications.
