Description

You will lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services for large-scale client programs.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business problems and implementation best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing architectural blueprints and monitoring development quality.
  • Facilitate customer workshops to capture requirements and deliver technical demos, proof of concepts, and documentation.
  • Support pre-sales by scoping service engagements, estimating stories, and providing technical input on complex integrations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope creep, resolve technical escalations, and minimize technical debt.

Required Skills

  • 8-12 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software company.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with in-depth architectural understanding.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow product areas including CSM, FSM, FSO, or TNI.
  • Deep understanding of the CSM data model, including Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Entitlements.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow integration technologies: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPs.
  • Strong JavaScript scripting skills within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation and/or CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
  • Experience using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lucidchart.
  • Proven ability to lead the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
