Description

You will design and oversee the functional architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer workshops to define project scope and gather detailed technical requirements.
• Design functional architecture and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirement documents.
• Manage the product backlog by assisting in the creation and grooming of user stories.
• Lead sprint reviews to demonstrate developed features and validate UAT scripts.
• Support implementation teams by providing technical guidance and reviewing training documentation.

Required Skills

• 13-15 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Proficiency with PowerApps, including Model Driven, Canvas, and Custom Pages.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and PowerBI.
• Technical proficiency in C#, Plugins, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
• Ability to analyze and document complex system requirements.
