Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to define current state processes, future state workflows, and perform Fit/Gap analysis regarding security, integration, and reporting.
• Deploy and configure CLM applications including iCertis, Conga [Apttus], DocuSign, or Coupa.
• Migrate large datasets from legacy stores to modern platforms using vendor-provided or customized ETL solutions.
• Secure management systems by integrating SSO providers like Okta, Ping, OneLogin, or LDAP/Active Directory.
• Manage client requirements, project workflows, and budgets while coordinating technical documentation for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Agiloft and Azure.
• Extensive knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and processes.
• Proven ability to manage content, records, or contract management policy assessments.
• Experience with server, desktop, network, database, and application server architectures.
• Practical experience with ETL processes for large-scale data migrations.
• Ability to lead technical assessments for content and document management technologies.

• Degree in any field.
