Description

Design and lead end-to-end solution architectures for complex enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud-native architectures and lead application modernization, including legacy transformation and containerization.
• Architect integrations for AI-powered capabilities, including generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices across delivery teams.
• Develop technical design documents, solution blueprints, and integration patterns for distributed systems.
• Conduct architecture, code, and security reviews while mentoring engineers on technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Python for application development and AI integration.
• Experience with API design, including REST and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and containerization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI assistants, intelligent agents, or knowledge-based applications.
• Familiarity with machine learning operations, model evaluation, and AI governance.
• Knowledge of regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
