Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions integrating network infrastructure, software development, and enterprise architecture.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose solutions that bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
• Evaluate and optimize existing technical processes and systems for efficiency.
• Execute tactical plans under strategic guidance and identify technical roadblocks.
• Collaborate with OIT, agency stakeholders, and technical teams to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and design.
• Expertise in network infrastructure and architecture.
• Experience with software development and engineering.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture and system integration.
• Understanding of enterprise IT operations.
• Proven ability in technical decision-making processes.
• Capacity for complex systems thinking and pattern recognition.
• Ability to identify and prioritize critical path items.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
