Description

Design and deliver IT-enabled business solutions for HR functions by collaborating with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own existing HRIS systems including SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and ULTIMATE for system administration, setup, and data governance.
• Partner with IT teams to define technical blueprints, analyze requirements, and vet solutions for HR technology enhancements.
• Translate business processes into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
• Remediate HRIS issues by identifying and correcting configurations and managing security roles and permissions.
• Generate reports and analytics to create discovery models, insights, and storyboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP HR.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors and ULTIMATE.
• Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, and functions.
• Expertise in HR process design and data governance.
• Ability to perform system testing, debugging, and implementation activities.
• Experience working within formal Change Control processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.
• Experience managing vendor and consultant relationships during system implementations, upgrades, and audits.
